Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Lack of use or preference after download

  • Technical issues unrelated to the product file itself

We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, included pages, and requirements (such as Canva account access) before completing their purchase.
